. . . to the website of best-selling, award-winning author, Marilyn Clay. I've been writing most of my life, i.e. poetry and little stories as a child, then later, newspaper and magazine articles. However, my major interest when I graduated from college and began my professional life, was to become a commercial artist, a creative field I enjoyed immensely. Then once I heard about a writer's group in Dallas where I was living, I joined RWA and after meeting all the great authors there, I was hooked. More than anything, I wanted to sell a book and see my book on the shelves at Barnes & Noble and Borders! And, eventually, I did!

Here, you can read about my previously published Regencies, and my newer historical suspense and mystery novels. My Regencies were all originally published in paperback by Kensington in New York. All were then translated to foreign languages and appeared in bookstores everywhere. Today, all of my previously-published Regencies are out of print, so I have uploaded my new Ebook covers for each of them.
